By: Chris van Ballekom3rd Jul 2019 5:43PMThis is the Tramway Road / Ellis Road intersection in South Invercargill. The view is southward down Ellis Road (to ward Kew Hospital). This was the terminus for the south invercargill Tram (1912 - 1952) On the left behind the lamp and Children is the level crossing for the Seaward bush - Tokanui Railway. Photos were produced up to 1933 of the tram as it was the southern most at the time.
