The records include minute books, annual reports, files, handbooks, and rulebooks. There is also a large collection of certificates presented to members as well as some badges and arm bands.
The collection also includes a very extensive collection of photographs for which a catalogue appears to have been prepared by the organisation themselves. Unfortunately while some of the photographs have notes attached paper allowing them to be identified in the catalogue, many do not.

History / BiographyThe District Grand Lodge of Otago and Southland officially came into existence on 25 February 1897. Four districts were formed which contained the following lodges:
District 1 - Otago No.1, Linden No.5, West Harbour No.6
District 2 - Enterprise No.2, Royal Oak No.3, Good Intent No.8
District 3 - Acorn No.4, Gore No.10
District 4 - Endeavour No.7, Rose of Palmerston No.9
In this early period of New Zealand Druidism, all New Zealand's Druid lodges were under the jurisdiction of the Australian Grand Lodges. The District Grand Lodge of Otago and Southland was under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Victoria, Australia. In 1912 the District Grand Lodge of Otago and Southland gained its independence from the Grand Lodge of Victoria and became the Grand Lodge of Otago and Southland.
The Grand Lodge of Otago and Southland was wound up on 30 November 2002.
