An illuminated souvenir volume presented to Sir Sutherland Ross includes photographs of the exhibition as well as of the board of directors.
Series Two covers the Women's Section of the exhibition. It includes minutes, correspondence, lists, record books, financial records and miscellaneous items. It includes architect Eric Miller's plans and drawings. There are plans for the layout of the Women's Section, both external and internal courtyards, as well as a plan of the entire exhibition with a key to the various buildings.
The collection as a whole is extensive, ranging from official and legal records to records providing contemporary personal insights. Weaknesses lie particularly in the area of correspondence, with few letterbooks or other such material surviving. There is also a quantity of miscellaneous papers which have only been loosely arranged according to general subject matter.
