There are many scenes of the family on the beach at Warrington and on holiday. There are also images from England in the year 1900-1909, including members of George Chance's family of origin. The album is rich in social detail particularly of costume and contains some interior domestic views. The Chance children toys are visible in some shots. The family's Buick car features in others. There are some wedding photographs from the wedding of Nell Chance's sister to Frank Adams. A number of the young men appear in military uniform around the time of World War One.
