She became a foundation member of Otago Section of NZAC and climbed extensively in the 1920s and 1930s with Louie (Mary Louise) Roberts. They ventured into the Mount Cook and West Coast regions. First ascents included Eros and climbed Mt Cook, La Perouse from the West. Marion was also involved with Red Cross and Plunket Society in Dunedin.ProvenanceThese are the donor's photographs.
