Description'Elated second year Physical Education student Chris McLean shot to the lead just a few metres from the line in the annual 372m Orientation Week Clocktower Race last week. He finished in 52.50 seconds, beating the clock's noon chimes and pipping second-placed Jamie Stevens (time 53.66 seconds) at the post with Matthew Gibson coming third. The race has been run by the Otago University Harrier Club since 1991'.
